— Why we built this —

Why AeroPilot exists

One overnight failure can kill a tank of fish. The same risk exists at every site running blowers. AeroPilot watches so your team doesn't have to.

01THE DASHBOARD

Every reading, one screen.

Pressure, temperature, speed, current, power and runtime for each connected blower. Live readings update without page refresh.

02THE DIGITAL TWIN

Your site in 3D.

Equipment status and live readings shown on a browser-based model of the facility. Walk through the layout without leaving your desk.

Built for continuous operation.

Every part of AeroPilot is designed around equipment that cannot stop.

Common questions

A typical installation records discharge pressure, discharge temperature, rotor speed, supply voltage, motor current, power consumption and runtime hours. Available measurements depend on the blower controller and sensors installed at the site.
AeroPilot can connect to equipment from Sprintex, Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Aerzen, Gardner Denver, Howden and other manufacturers. The gateway supports common interfaces including 4-20mA, Modbus RTU/TCP and BACnet.
Operators can receive alarms through the web dashboard, email, SMS or a webhook to another system. Alarm limits and escalation rules are set during commissioning.
AeroPilot is a product of FishMind Technologies Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne. We work with operators across Australia and New Zealand. Data can be hosted in an Australian cloud region or on site where required.
Power and output trends can show periods of over-aeration, poor load sharing and declining equipment efficiency. Operators can use this information to adjust schedules, investigate restrictions and plan maintenance.

Tell us about your equipment
