Monitoring and alerts for blower systems

AeroPilot connects to blowers from multiple manufacturers. It records operating data, manages alarms, tracks energy use and produces reports for one site or several.

— 01

Blower telemetry

AeroPilot records the measurements available from each blower controller and connected sensor. A typical setup includes discharge pressure, temperature, rotor speed, voltage, current, power and runtime hours.

  • Collection intervals configured for the site
  • Operating limits for each measurement
  • Current state and history for each machine
  • A fault when expected data stops arriving

— 02

3D facility model

An optional browser-based model places equipment readings in the context of the facility. Operators can select a blower, pump, tank or pipe section to view its current status and recent readings.

  • Facility layout based on site drawings
  • Equipment state shown by colour
  • Live readings attached to equipment
  • Views for operations and maintenance

— 03

Alarms and condition advisories

Alarm limits are agreed during commissioning. AeroPilot reports threshold breaches, missing data and trends that move outside the established operating range for the machine.

  • Warning and critical alarm levels
  • Acknowledgement and resolution notes
  • Email, SMS and webhook notifications
  • Escalation rules by site and severity

— 04

Energy use

Power readings can be reviewed by machine, shift or site. When airflow or dissolved oxygen data is available, operators can compare energy use with delivered output and investigate inefficient periods.

  • Power use for each connected blower
  • Daily, weekly and monthly trends
  • Comparison between machines or sites
  • Data export for internal reporting

— 05

Resource-use score

For facilities with the required measurements, a 0 to 100 score can track water reuse, energy efficiency and heat recovery. Reports can be used for internal reviews and comparisons between sites.

  • Calculated from available site telemetry
  • Water, energy and heat indicators
  • Trend history and site comparisons
  • Exportable report data
